What to do!

Joshua has been a very busy youngster these days. Splashing in the dog water, teething on our bookshelves, pulling tupperware out of the cabinets. These tasks are only a few of the things that take up his precious time. Meanwhile, I'm chasing him around trying to make sure he doesn't get hurt while doing one of these things. And as soon as I pull him out of something, he's right away into something else. It kind of seems like trying to train a goldfish. They just swim. Training them to swim somewhere on purpose while their only thought is swim, swim, swim would be crazy impossible. So it is trying to keep Joshua from climbing on the fireplace, opening the DVD cabinet or eating the dog food. His curiosity is adorable, exciting, and inspiring if not a little a exhausting.
